    We achieved another milestone today toward our anticipated spinoff from MDU Resources Group with the announcement that MDU Resources’ board of directors has named the executive leadership team for Everus, effective when the spinoff is complete. The spinoff is expected to be complete late this year. Join us in congratulating: • Jeffrey S. Thiede, who will remain president and CEO. • Tom Nosbusch, who will become chief operating officer. • Max Marcy, who will become chief financial officer and treasurer. • Paul Sanderson, who will become chief legal officer. • Jon Hunke, who will become chief accounting officer. • Ray Kelly, who will remain senior vice president of market development. • Britney Hendricks, who will become vice president of human resources. • Jason Behring, who will become vice president of technology.
