Embarking on a health journey is similar to building a business; hear us out. ⬇️ Both require vision, dedication, and strategic planning to find true success. Both start with a clear mission and measurable goals. Otherwise, how would you know what's working and what's not? Both involve research, understanding best practices, and continuously learning. It’s about finding what works for you, much like testing your unique business model or testing what diet helps you most. It's about finding, your niche market and learning about your target consumer. just as it's about trying new medications or new approaches to health. Moreover, resilience and adaptability play pivotal roles in both realms. Not every day is a GOOD day. In business, challenges and setbacks are inevitable; the same goes for health goals. There will be days when progress seems slow or non-existent, akin to periods of stagnant growth in a company. It's perseverance, adaptability, and a willingness to pivot strategies that ensure long-term success. Both are about not giving up, so you should: - Celebrate small victories along the way. - Stay motivated. - Seek support from mentors or a community. ... These can make all the difference. Just as businesses thrive on innovation and continuous improvement, our health journeys flourish when we embrace new routines, adjust to changing circumstances, and maintain an unwavering commitment to our ultimate vision of success. Phew, that was a long one. Thanks for hearing us out, LinkedIn! 💪🏼 So, are you building a business or starting a health journey? Or maybe BOTH? 💭 Let us know in the comments. #healthjourney #healthmotivation #businessmindset

Did you know? Over 2 million new cancer cases are projected in 2024 in the U.S.¹ Among minority racial and ethnic groups in the U.S., Black people have the lowest rates of cancer screening and highest mortality rate for most cancer types.² Learn how adding the Galleri test to your annual health screenings gives your doctor the chance to screen for some of the deadliest cancers before they become symptomatic:³ https://www.galleri.com/ #HealthEquity #BlackFamCan #CancerScreening

 See Important Safety Information: http://bit.ly/33m8pFa

Galleri is a screening test and does not diagnose cancer. Diagnostic testing is needed to confirm cancer. Galleri should be used in addition to healthcare provider recommended screening tests. The Galleri test does not detect a signal for all cancers and not all cancers can be detected in the blood. False positive and false negative results do occur.

Mental health is built from the ground up in unseen ways. By examining biomarkers related to inflammation, nutrients, electrolytes, hormones, stress, thyroid, metabolic, and heart health, we gain a true understanding of mental well-being. Here are a few critical examples: •High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hsCRP): Inflammation marker linked to depression and anxiety. • Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH): Imbalances can affect mood and cognitive function. • Triiodothyronine (T3), Free: Low levels associated with depression. • Thyroxine (T4), Free: Crucial for brain function, impacting mood and energy. • Cortisol: Stress hormone affecting mental health. • Glucose: Blood sugar levels influencing mood stability. • Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c): Long-term glucose control related to mental clarity. • Vitamin D: Deficiency linked to depression. • Magnesium: Essential for neurotransmitter function and mood regulation. • Zinc: Deficiency can contribute to depression and anxiety. Even with good stress management, sleep, exercise, and social engagement, hidden biological issues can impact your mental health without you knowing. It’s why monitoring the biomarkers that matter with 100+ lab tests included in Function Health membership has the ability to transform your mental health.
