What a pleasure speaking at the 2024 Conference for THE TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCIES, INC. Everblue Senior Instructor Bruce Oxendale presented a series of QCI workshops for all Weatherization staff. We asked 5 fast-paced questions at the end of modules and presented this silly "Geekmeister" certificate to the top performers of each round. Pretty pleased to say that 10 out of the 14 awards were actually past students of Bruce's! It was such a great event, and it was wonderful seeing so many energy efficiency champions in one place 😃

In Denver this week, Jon led an Innovation Thinking session with the 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, asking questions like, "How might we innovate in the face of rapidly changing technologies (drones, etc) alongside the shifting dynamics of geopolitical environments such as Russia and China?"
