Job Description: The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for developing and implementing departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements and objectives of the organization within the Surgical Services department(s). This role entails directing and evaluating departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, with the aim of achieving performance and quality control objectives.
