I was doing some morning reflection after looking over some of my notes around the projects we have ongoing, as well as several in the work pipeline and it got me excited about a couple of things... 1) Multifamily transactions are beginning to take shape in the second half of the year. 2) We have the BEST operation/installation teams that are doing an incredible job scheduling and ensuring everyone has the resources needed to complete multiple projects around the country in a quick turnaround time. 3) We have INCREDIBLE client partnerships and continue to grow more through our expertise in smart technology, the products and the platform we offer, and the ongoing service and support we continue to show our clients. What are you doing to control your vacant utility expenses?? It's summertime and temperatures are hitting close to 100 degrees in Central Texas, heat waves are happening in the Northeast, and the South is just plain hot 😓. As trades and turn-key contractors are entering units they are likely (actually I can guarantee) they are dropping the unit temps to conduct their work... likely not putting them back to ideal vacant temperatures.
