EBA seeks volunteers with an interest in energy efficiency, weatherization, access to clean energy, and electrification to perform research and assist in the publication of important materials by the EII. On Tuesday, July 30, EBA is looking forward to hosting a brand new hybrid event: "Recent SCOTUS Cases and Energy Enforcement." This program will be hosted in person at Bracewell LLP, and is also available to attend virtually. During this session, a panel of experts will discuss, demystify and debunk what the Loper Bright, Jarkesy, Corner Post and Axon decisions from the U.S Supreme Court mean for FERC’s and other energy regulators’ enforcement programs. Lawyers from all over the country and in all sorts of practices are talking about this flurry of decisions, but this program will focus specifically on what they mean (and equally importantly what they do not mean) for federal energy enforcement law.
