We are so honored to be a recipient of the most recent round of the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure grant, allowing us to build a new Si Se Puede Center, expand our residential services, and add outpatient services for both adults and youth. Thank you California Health & Human Services Agency, California Department of Health Care Services, and the Children & Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) for making this possible. From expanding treatment facilities to investing in community programs, the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) is investing in supporting California’s youth mental health. Through the Department of Health Care Services’ (DHCS) Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP), the CYBHI is investing $480.5M across 54 organizations to support treatment and services for communities facing barriers to care. We are so thrilled to see the walls up on MidPen Housing Corporation's new affordable apartments at Miles Lane! We embarked on this joint project in 2020 when the Watsonville City Council approved the capital project and our plans to build a new Si Se Puede facility, expanding our residential services and adding outpatient treatment. Stay tuned for information on our groundbreaking plans later this winter. Dreams are becoming reality and we could not be more excited!
