Last month, Village officials attended a “Topping Out” ceremony to celebrate the installation of the final structural steel beam at the Prime Data Center development located at 1500 E. Higgins Road. This building is the first of three data center buildings totaling over 1 million square feet! During the event, attendees signed the steel beam before it was hoisted and installed onto the structural building. Mayor Johnson provided remarks on the benefits of new developments in the Village and congratulated Prime on their progress thus far. Prime Data Centers
