Our lifestyle team highlights what you need to know! Here are the essentials to know to make the most of it. Enjoy! Elite Manager Spotlight | Evan Stafilias Evan Stafilias holds the role of Assistant Manager at Elite Amenity Management, where he oversees the Bay Club's operations. Born in Bayside, New York, Evan possesses a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science and is currently advancing his education with a Masters of Teaching. His rise to leadership within Elite began with customer service roles, including a deli position, and has evolved through a series of progressive posts within the company, from porter/receptionist to summer manager. This path has endowed him with a thorough grasp of company operations. Evan's strong work ethic and dedication have earned him the respect of colleagues and superiors, aligning with Elite's values of employee growth and acknowledgment. His positive impact is evident in the supportive and respectful workplace culture he helps foster. Outside of his professional life, Evan enjoys unwinding with long showers, listening to Mexican corridos, and is an avid writer, currently penning a sci-fi novel.
