As of last week, framing has commenced for Phase 2 of Watermark - our multi-family project in Easton, PA. Additionally, we are pleased to report that approximately one-third of the apartments in Phase 1 are already under contract. If you've been following along, we kicked off our Piccard Road Warehouse project in January. Since then, we have built a mezzanine, installed the main steel staircase, added a curtain wall, and framed the offices and conference rooms under the mezzanine. More recently, stone counters, tile, and cabinetry have been added, and the breakroom kitchen will soon be finished with the remaining appliances and fixtures. Our team has recently started a new lab renovation project at Lehigh University Whitaker Lab designed to accommodate newly procured equipment and reconfigure the lab’s layout for improved functionality and efficiency. We are dedicated to transforming this space to meet the evolving needs of the students and teachers, ensuring state-of-the-art facilities for cutting-edge research and development. Yesterday, our Elevate team took a well-deserved break from our daily routines to destress at Applecross Country Club. We had a fun day of competition, bonding with coworkers, and even melting a bit in the hot sun. Let's take another trip down #WayBackWednesday memory lane for one of our Life Sciences projects. Elevate had the privilege of completing the PharmaBlock (USA), Inc. project, a state-of-the-art 30,000 SF pharmaceutical production center located in West Chester, PA. This project was a significant undertaking that included: - Renovating eight existing lab rooms and two clean rooms - Adding a 10,000 SF mezzanine - Constructing ten new offices and two conference rooms Our team worked diligently to ensure that the space met the highest standards required for pharmaceutical production. We are proud to have played a role in enhancing Pharmablock's capabilities and supporting their important work in the pharmaceutical industry. #LifeSciences

Along with BDA Architects, LLC we will be transforming a shell space into a fully functional and modern medical facility.
