For over a decade, EDC Consulting has hosted its summer internship program with the goal to introduce college students and young professionals the business of federal government contracting, and to prepare the next generation of our industry’s business leaders. This year, we put our Interns through our “GovCon 101 bootcamp” and focused on the business-side of Federal consulting. Our interns worked alongside an experienced team of mentors that took them through the foundational concepts Sales, Business Development, Capture Management and Recruiting. Our interns brought their “A-game” and along with an incredible work ethic, showed us they have what it takes to be successful in this business.
