I had an incredible experience in New York attending Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where I obtained my Omnichannel Leadership certificate at Cornell Tech. Learning from industry executives and Cornell's faculty was truly inspiring. The connectivity in the room with colleagues and industry peers was unmatched. We all benefitted greatly from the hands-on learning labs and presentations. Here are the gems I want to share with my network. 𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐢𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐩 De-risk projects through risk mitigation to maximize their potential for success. In any industry, we should embrace every opportunity to fail and learn. • Value Risk – Will customers buy/use the product? • Usability Risk – Will customers know how to use or interact with the product? • Feasibility Risk – Can we build/create the product? • Viability Risk – Does this work for the business? 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐈 AI is a tool designed to be integrated into our lives as a resource, not a replacement, just like other technological advancements introduced to society. We can learn to use it for different purposes. Thanks, Karan Girotra for this educational material! • Assistant (Synthesis, Summarization, and Generation of Data), • Socratic Partner (Coaching and Ideation) – This is a very cool integration of AI! • Intelligence Augmentation (Information Source) “𝐺𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑝 𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑘 = 𝑁𝑜 𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑘. 𝐴𝑖𝑚 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑚𝑎𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔; 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑖𝑠 𝑜𝑛𝑙𝑦 𝑟𝑜𝑜𝑚 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛” 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐂𝐄𝐎, 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐎𝐅𝐅𝟓𝐭𝐡.𝐜𝐨𝐦. “𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑒𝑞𝑢𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑜𝑓 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠/𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡𝑠 𝑖𝑛𝑓𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑠 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑓𝑎𝑖𝑙,” 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫. A company that invests in its people invests in its future! Thanks, Kellanova, for the opportunity to continue learning!
