Isaac Goldman of Eclipse Foods gave a guest lecture to our Product Development class on Thursday about Eclipse Plant Based frozen desserts. Students loved the free samples of the delicious plant based ice cream (oops!) frozen dessert. Thank you Isaac! I loved the new look of the Eclipse container. Instantly recognizable as ice cream or frozen dessert. Great job with the redesign. We were all impressed with the new addition of flavors and products since last year and can't wait to taste the new secret product. Hoping we can taste it next year. Hint! Hint!
