    A couple of years ago, we had the incredible opportunity to partner with Annapolis Pride to develop their strategic plan. It was an inspiring experience to work alongside their dedicated Board to chart a roadmap that builds upon their incredible work to expand their impact and foster a more inclusive community. Collaborating on this project was a natural fit with Due East's core values: 🌈 Equity - We supported Annapolis Pride in pursuing equity for the LGBTQ+ community by leading with inclusive, anti-racist practices and policies. 🤝 Belonging - Together, we strategized ways to strengthen community connectedness and ensure LGBTQ+ youth and adults feel safe, welcomed, and represented. ✨ Agency - Our work is centered on amplifying the voices and experiences of the LGBTQ+ community to drive change. 🌍 Community - Annapolis Pride's strategic plan prioritized building diverse partnerships and engaging the broader community to establish safe spaces and expand access to critical services. Partnering with Annapolis Pride embodies our commitment at Due East to uplift and collaborate with people of all backgrounds in building a more just, equitable world.     We're thrilled to have Bella Ryan join the Due East team as our newest Advisor! Before joining Due East, Bella served as a Staff Experience and Culture Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland while obtaining her Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to that, she managed property operations and employee development at Bozzuto Management Company. When she's not working, you can find Bella at her happiest surrounded by loved ones, creating pottery or art, and enjoying nature. Her personal causes are promoting child well-being and mental health awareness. Join us in giving Isabella a warm welcome to the Due East team!
