About us
The Foundation’s mission is to reduce burnout of health care professionals and safeguard their well-being and job satisfaction. We envision a world where seeking mental health services is universally viewed as a sign of strength for health care professionals. The Foundation has two main bodies of work targeted at making a long-standing impact on this issue: 1. Building awareness of these issues to reduce the stigma; and 2. Funding research and programs that will reduce health care professional burnout and improve provider well-being. We invite you to join our community and support our clinicians and their families by following us on social media, sharing your stories, sharing your ideas about how we can help and giving to the Foundation. Thank you for helping us care for our caregivers and support heroes like Lorna.
