Good morning LinkedIn Family! For many of you who have been connected with DNA Partners, Ali Reza and me over the years, you know how much we loved our dogs. For the last 20 years we had three dogs: Seven, Sophie & Dallas. Our last JRT, Dallas, passed away yesterday! Thanks for all of the love and support for Dallas over the last 18 years.
Our message to Dallas:
Well buddy, the end is finally here. You three are again reunited! And never could I have imagined the hurt and shattering feeling of loss we feel Dallas. They say things come in three. Seven, your older brother, stole our innocence & taught us how to love. Your twin sister Sophie, became the apple of our eyes and the sweetest/smartest baby girl, but you Dallas… you stole our hearts 💙 and became our soulmate. You three were more than just chapters in our life. You were the whole book. Thank You for letting us be your Kahu (guardian, protector) There’s a piece of our heart that will forever be missing without you! 16 years with your older brother, 16 with your beautiful sister and 18 with you! 💔 The apartment is so quiet without you three. The sounds of your barks, your nails, and your playful personalities 😔 Seeing you take your last breath is again an indescribable pain. Our tears are joy for you being with your sister and brother but also that our hearts will forever be a little empty. You three were inseparable and are once again reunited for eternity. What you’ve meant to us is beyond these words. It’s for eternity Dal Dal! You are within all of our souls. Carry that same vigor over the rainbow bridge. Like we promised Dallas, to the end buddy! Thank you for the extra years preparing us for life without you and your siblings. Your brother was our sunshine, your sister was the wind beneath our wings, and you will be with us with every step we take, and every move we make. We know you’ll be watching.
