Dignitas Technologies is excited to introduce our recently appointed Senior Technical Advisors, who will be providing technology thought leadership and advancing the strategic goals of the organization. Chris Gullette is a software engineer and development manager with over 25 years of experience in simulation-based training and game development. He is the TSS-Ground Product Owner for Synthetic Training Environment (STE) Training Simulation Software / Training Management Tool (TSS/TMT). As a Senior Technical Advisor, Chris will champion the adoption of new, relevant technologies and innovative uses that benefit our customers. When asked what excites him about the new role, Chris says “Accelerating innovative growth is a lot of fun but, more importantly, it’s critical for the continued success of modern warfighters.”

Dignitas Technologies is excited to introduce you to our recently appointed Senior Technical Advisors who will be providing technology thought leadership and advancing the strategic goals of the organization. Stephen Eckman has 25 years of experience in research and development, in both modeling and simulation applications for the Department of Defense and gaming software for commercial applications. In his new role as a Senior Technical Advisor, Mr. Eckman will focus on virtual training, synthetic natural environments, applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Extended Reality (XR). He’s currently working on defining and developing an adaptive Immersive Training Environment (ITE) for U.S Marine Corps infantry use cases. He is looking forward to advancing the company’s vision for independent and funded research efforts. In addition to his experience in virtual training, Mr. Eckman is a published video game and board game designer and holds a Certificate in Gamification from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
