More than 50 #Devereux leaders attended our recent #ServantLeadership and Diversity, Equity and Belonging (#DEIB) Champions Conference, where they connected and collaborated on ideas to ensure our colleagues – and the individuals/families we serve – feel welcomed, included and supported. The theme of the two-day, virtual conference was “Equity and Empathy in Action.” Author and communications expert Shola Kaye served as keynote speaker, exploring how empathy drives diversity and innovation in the workplace. Many thanks to Netsmart for its generous sponsorship of our conference and its support of DEIB initiatives. https://ow.ly/hrRi50SpmoJ

On June 19th, 2024, Devereux NJ proudly sponsored the Trenton Thunder Autism Awareness Game. Our individuals had the exciting opportunity to walk out on the field and throw the first ceremonial pitch. We thank our dedicated staff, who graciously volunteered to help with the event, all those who came out to support, and Trenton Thunder.
