Wheatfield Commons resident Howard celebrated his 103rd birthday on June 25! Assemblyman Angelo Morinello presented Howard with a New York State Assembly Citation to recognize this milestone celebration and his service to our country as an Army Veteran.

DePaul serves over 5,000 people each year at over 50 program sites located in fourteen counties in New York.
