We have great #cybersecurity update to share! High-risk users, including political #campaign staff, can now enhance their Google Workspace account #security by choosing a #passkey in addition to the traditional physical security key. In case you don't know - Passkeys are a new type of login credential that eliminates the need for passwords. Here’s why they’re great: 1. Stronger Security: Passkeys can be used in the Google Account sign-in process, similar to security keys. In fact, you can even store your passkey on your security key for added protection. 2. Save time: Say goodbye to memorizing complex passwords! With passkeys, you authenticate using your device—no more typing in lengthy strings of characters. 3. Widespread Adoption: Since their launch, passkeys have been used to authenticate users over 1 billion times across 400 million Google Accounts.
