One of the best Gartner Peer Insights titles we've seen yet! 😍 If you're struggling with how to manage and analyze numerous alerts from your CSPM and get full visibility across your code repository, vulnerability management, and SAST/DAST/SCA solutions, this is the review to read! We love helping security and engineering teams "boil the ocean and arrive at the root cause of a (much) smaller, actionable list of issues that need to be remediated." Review in comments. 👇 #UnifiedRemediation #CloudSecurity #CNAPP #DevSecOps

Today, we announced an exciting milestone at Dazz: a new funding round of $50 million! All of our initial investors - simply the best in the business - have doubled down to support our journey, bringing our total funding to $110 million. Asheem Chandna at Greylock, Gili Raanan at Cyberstarts, Stephen Ward at Insight Partners, and Shardul Shah at Index Ventures have been with Dazz since day one. Thank you to our amazing investors, partners, customers, friends, and everyone who supports and follows our vision at Dazz. Most of all, thank you to my mission-driven, dedicated team for not compromising on our vision and working hard to truly make a change in the security world. You are making magic happen, and I’m so proud of what we’ve built here. Today, as I look back at my younger self, I can’t believe she would go through all of this. 🗞️Breaking news! 🗞️ Today we announced an exciting milestone that will fuel our mission to simplify cloud security remediation and help security and engineering teams fight AI with AI. 💪 All of our amazing investors—simply the best in the business—doubled down to support our journey and build something special in the market.💫 Merav spoke with Ingrid Lunden at TechCrunch who says, "The breakthrough that Dazz has come up with is that it’s built the technology to detect those vulnerabilities across multiple cloud architectures and environments (it describes this as “unified” remediation). It’s also created an AI-powered automation layer that then prioritizes the problems, identifies what are vulnerabilities that are near active work, and which are sitting dormant, so that security teams organize their work more effectively." Read her full article in the comments below, plus today’s press release! 🚀 Asheem Chandna Gili Raanan Stephen Ward Shardul Shah Merav Bahat Tomer Schwartz Yuval Ofir Gary Owen #AI #CloudSecurity #UnifiedRemediation #ASPM #DevSecOps #CTEM

Many “AppSec in a box” solutions focus on detection rather than continuous posture improvement. ASPM, on the other hand, represents a paradigm shift in application security, focused on proactive posture management through discovery, context-based prioritization, and automated remediation and fix guidance. Learn what Dazz Sr. Product Manager Tohar Zand has to say about the differences between #AppSec in a box and #ASPM. Link in the comments! 👇

Let’s get to know him! 💼 What you do at Dazz: A tech lead in the data team ⭐ Favorite thing about your job: Watching all the bytes flow from one end to another; imagining a monitoring dashboard with a green background and the word "OK!" in it. ☕ Favorite smell: Coffee! 🐶 Pets you own + their names: I own a mixed dog which is a combination of Border Collie and Welsh Corgi. His name is "Artik" which translated to English means "popsicle," and he is SUPER CUTE. 📺 Your “go-to” movie / TV show you’ve seen a million times: Watched Friends for the 10th time with my wife. 🕹 Favorite toy/game as a child: A long, profound Counter-Strike career player from 1.6, Condition Zero, Source, and now Counter Strike Global Offensive 2!

It’s Gartner Hype Cycle season, and one of the first cycles out of the gate is the Hype Cycle for Operation Models, 2024. According to Gartner analysts Neil MacDonald and Mark Horvath, “DevSecOps offers a means of effectively integrating security into the development process, in a way that eliminates or reduces friction between security and development. The goal is to pragmatically achieve a secure, workable software development life cycle (SDLC) supporting rapid development.” Read on to learn how to help security teams overcome friction with developers, who have become increasingly frustrated by security testing tools that slow them down, false positives and vague information, little to no context around the vulnerabilities their coding introduces, and being forced to leave their CI/CD development pipeline to perform tests or view results in some other tool. https://lnkd.in/gcw_R6Cp #DevSecOps #ASPM #CloudSecurity #UnifiedRemediation
