Royal Steensma has been a leader in the bakery market for almost 185 years. We look forward to building on our shared bakery knowledge and history of providing incredible products to bakers all around the world. Congratulations Candyce McArthur and Christi O'Reilly on your recent graduation from Leadership Jackson. Candyce is our People and Culture Partner in North America and Christi is a member of our Executive Assistant team, supporting our technical sales and supply chain and distribution teams. These Team Members completed a comprehensive eight-month program to support their professional growth in Jackson, Michigan. Leadership Jackson offers participants a wealth of insights and knowledge from esteemed business leaders, fostering their growth both professionally and within the community. As part of the program, Candyce and Christi worked with other leaders to support Habitat for Humanity, contributing to impactful projects aimed at enhancing community engagement and inclusivity.
