Connecting with professionals from over 200 school districts, we shared invaluable insights and fostered new relationships. The City of El Mirage Public Works building is officially BEAMED UP! The team recently placed the I-Beams to the foundation and welded them in. We are thrilled to announce the completion of the Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona Library Remediation Project! Along with the Town, we hosted a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on June 27th and officially turned the Library back over to the community. This project involved fixing weatherization issues such as leaking during storms and deterioration of the outside panels. The perforated metal paneling on the outside was removed and received a nice stucco makeover, along with the weather-damaged black panels in other parts of the building. Clear polycarbonate wall panels also got a stucco makeover, with drywall on the interior. The auditorium/council chambers were given new flooring, window coverings, drywall and paint. The admin offices were also remodeled, including a new roof and ceiling. Both projects involved abatement to ensure safe working environments.  A unique part of the library is the fourth-floor open viewing deck. The deck was coated with elastomeric rubberized for waterproofing and new drainage, windows and stucco installed to make the space usable for community events.  The final piece of the overall project included remodeling the Crystal Room on the third floor with new framing, drywall, flooring and operable windows to make the space safer. This renovated space is already a hit with the community.  Special thanks to LAST Architects for their hard work and dedication in renovating this library.
