TGIF! If you're grilling this weekend, you don't want to sleep on this recipe by our very own Chef Ron. It's a crowd pleaser! Prep: 👉Slice the rolls, add butter and parmesan cheese to the inside of each side. 👉Make 4 patties out of the Italian sausage 👉Coat the peppers with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill: 🔥Char the peppers on your Crown Verity Inc Mobile Grill - remove when ready and place in a bowl covered with plastic wrap. Peel after 10 minutes. 🔥Grill the sausage patties, flipping halfway through. Remove once cooked through and let rest. 🔥Add mozzarella and roasted red peppers to the top of the burger. 🔥In separate stainless steel pots, cook the marinara sauce and the Italian beef (with the au jus) directly on the grill. 🔥While the sauce and beef are going, toast the buns on the grill. 🤌Put it all together, and enjoy!
