Crosby-Brownlie, Inc. is a unique business that has been operating in the City of Rochester since 1979. The company was founded by Gavin Brownlie Sr. and today is owned by Marietta Brownlie. Marietta is the President and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company with her two sons. Gavin Brownlie Jr., LEED AP is the Chief Operating Officer and Jason Brownlie is the Executive Vice President. Gavin oversees the future growth and direction of the company while Jason’s extensive expertise in the field and plumbing keeps us competitive. Our team is active in many industry-related organizations like SMACNA, MCAA, ASHRAE, BOMA, and many more.

On average we are completing three custom process skids a week. We have built 35 skids since the beginning of the year, with a total goal of a 52 for 2024!!!
