Today, Victory Capital and Amundi announced that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding outlining our plans to establish a strategic partnership. As part of the proposed transaction, Amundi US would be combined into Victory Capital, and Amundi and Victory Capital would establish long-term global and reciprocal distribution agreements.
