CPM’s Employee Spotlight on Andy Friedrich, Production Control Manager. 1. What is your current role with CPM? Production Control Manager. 2. What does your job entail? Making sure we stay true to our production schedule through material planning, inventory accuracy, and capacity management. 3. What do you like most about CPM? The people and the team I work with in Operations. Everyone plays a crucial role in making sure our products get to our customers as quickly as possible. 4. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Golfing, woodworking and spending time with my family. 5. What professional success are you most proud of? Moving into our new factory, by a mile! There was an endless amount of planning, scheduling, communication, roadblocks, and breakthroughs until we could finally call our Leversee location our home. All that hard work on the front end has been well worth it to see such a successful and productive factory on the other side.
