Swim Club opened up just in time for the summer heat inside the Downright Hotel (OG Sheraton). You have the option to grab a bite and drinks inside a drained pool or you can step outside for the real deal. I helped Chef a couple months ago while they were transitioning over to the downright and received another call saying he needed sharp Cozzini Bros. knives for his new opening.
