And that’s a wrap! 🎬 It feels so surreal that I’ve finally graduated from USC Marshall School of Business with my Masters of Business Administration! 🤩 My greatest takeaway from my time at Marshall is the power of community. At USC we are always told to leverage the power of the Trojan Network, that we are never truly alone. Now that I am at this exciting milestone in my life, I cannot agree more. While I am incredibly proud of my accomplishments during this program, I know that I would not be where I am today without the classmates, teammates, faculty, friends, and supporters who were with me every step of the way. You all help me be the best version of myself, and I’d like to formally thank you all for that. 😊 🎮 To the USC Marshall Interactive Gaming Association: It was such an honor to helm this organization. I’m so glad so many people this past school year were able to get involved in AGP, seeing firsthand what it takes to develop a game and bring it to market. You all are so talented and I can’t wait to see where your aspirations in this industry take you. 🎲 To the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences and the DICE Scholars: My time as a AIAS scholar at DICE summit gave me the first push I needed to reach for the stars as I navigate this industry. I've met so many people who inspire me to take risks, try new things, and be the change I wish to see. To my scholarship cohort, y’all are so amazing and so talented!! It’s been so wonderful reconnecting with you all this past year, and I can’t wait to continue to reconnect for years to come! 👾 To CYSTEM Program and the 2023-2024 Scholars: If DICE taught how to dream, then CYSTEM taught me how to take my dreams and make them a reality. It’s been such a blessing to be part of the second class of CYSTEM scholars this past year. I’ve learned so much from my fellow scholars and made so many new friends, and I can’t wait to see how I can contribute to this community and the experiences of future scholars now as a mentor for this amazing program. 🏃♂️🐉 To my game teams from these past two years, Try Again Game and Courier: Dragons Within Y’all have truly been the pinnacle of my USC experience. Working on both of these teams has been by far the most fun and fulfilling part of my MBA, and I’m so grateful to have been able to share that with you all. You all made work not feel like work, and all of your hard work and dedication to your craft shows in the quality of games that we were able to create together. You all should be incredibly proud of the work you have done, and I cannot wait to see where your journeys take you next. After the hearty celebrations and ceremonies, I’m so glad to finally be able to rest for the first time in 2 years. That being said, as many of you know, I’m always thinking about the next thing I want to do.
