Country Lumber, Inc. is looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join our great team. This full-time position will prepare detailed drawings for new homes, remodels, additions, garages & decks. Located at our facility in Becker, this position comes with a full benefits package. This position requires: - Producing accurate and buildable plans - Reviewing and revising drawings to incorporate changes and ensure accuracy - Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD software (Revit is a plus) - Proficiency with Beam sizing software (Forte Web) - Knowledge of building materials - Knowledge of residential construction - Knowledge of building codes - Meeting with customers in office and onsite, (homeowners & builders) translating ideas into plans - Detail oriented, organized, able to work independently & good communication skills - Basic knowledge of building cost.
