    NEW ROLE!!!! Well known Consumer Products company is seeking An Associate Regulatory Manager that will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and label development to support compliance for all of our products nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Nutrition Facts Panels and Ingredient Statements for label artwork with review by the internal Utilize a basic understanding of food nutrition to research and validate all regulated product claims, to accurately incorporate on our label for mass distribution. Oversee all product certifications that include Kosher, NSF, SQF, etc. Review and approve formula and finished product specifications to ensure all regulations are met in our manufacturing process. Review and approve graphics for accuracy and label compliance identifying and escalating any claims that are incorrect to leadership. Manage raw and pack supplier and material approvals to ensure safe, quality materials are always used. Provide support and guidance to the business on FDA, CFIA, COFEPRIS, etc. regulations to ensure compliance and achievement of business objectives. Identify emerging trends in regulations and develop supporting mitigation plans to support business continuity and back-up scenarios as needed. Oversee the improvement of the regulatory claims and certification process for accuracy to support continuous processes and performance of products. This is a HYBRID ROLE- 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering, or relevant science discipline required 4 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs in the CPG Industry required 4 years’ experience in Quality roles ideally in supplier quality or food safety in the food and beverage industry required Must have experience in Nutrition Fact Panels creation and supplier onboarding required Must have working knowledge of FDA CFR regulations, Title 21 required Genesis software experience or similar software required HAACP Certification preferred SQF Certified preferred Experience in International Regulations preferred Ability to work well with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization Skilled in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail Strong attention to detail.
