In 1994 the ESD 112’s Construction Services Group (CSG) began to provide capital program, project and construction management for K-12 school districts. Since that start over 23 years ago we have assisted over 100 of the state’s 295 public school districts and managed in excess of $3B in public capital investment in the K12 built environment. We serve as the expert professional representative, advocate, and team member ensuring that a school district’s consulting architects, engineers, and contractors perform high quality services, on time and on budget. Our primary mission is to expertly assist you move your current capital bond or levy program rigorously and successfully forward to create improvements to your educational built environment – improvements that will not only be created on time and on budget at the highest quality possible, but, most important, inspire teaching and learning, and enhance the future of our students.
