Rosie's Gaming Emporium in Dumfries, VA is leveling up! The infrastructure upgrade to replace a failed underground storage system was spearheaded by B&S Site Development in collaboration with CP&P. CP&P proposed several concrete solutions, and ultimately selected a 9’x9’ box culvert detention cross-section. This design included advanced features such as gasketed joints and side bolts to securely fasten the 28 box culvert sections together. This project not only resolved a critical infrastructure issue but also supported the timely progression of Rosie's Gaming Emporium towards its anticipated opening date.
