Thank you to the Guardian Life team for visiting our Chicago office earlier this month! We continue to be impressed with your commitment to well-being.

I was fortunate to spend time in Chicago this week with the ComPsych team. I always knew EAPs had a lot to offer, but being able to meet the compassionate people behind the scenes made it so much more obvious. The alignment with Guardian' values and priorities further brings awareness to all EAPs can do! If you aren't promoting the EAP services and taking time to fully engage and understand the services, you might have missed opportunities to relieve some stress for your employees.

It is important to be Proactive, Prepared and Protected if you are traveling this summer. Make sure to cover all the bases including confirming with a doctor that you are healthy enough to travel, bringing along a first aid kit and other necessities like sunscreen and bug spray, and making sure your friends and family are aware of your travel plans before hitting the airport.
