From 2011 to 2020, over 27,000 Ohioans tragically lost their lives to an unintentional opioid overdose. A Balderson-Led bill to combat opioid addiction through remote monitoring recently passed in the House and heads to the Senate. "We won’t succeed if we don’t eliminate barriers to accessing safe care, have a workforce to serve those individuals seeking care, and work to find innovative solutions. The House’s reauthorized SUPPORT Act does all three," says CompDrug CEO Dustin Mets.
