We are thrilled to provide more housing for seniors, including those who are exiting from farmworker housing. CPAH knows that we can’t do this work alone, and we thank our housing service partners, Bienestar, the Urban League of Portland, and the Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. CPAH is excited to announce that we were awarded a Metro Nature in Neighborhood grant to support the restoration of wetlands at our Oleson Wood's property in Tigard. This grant will span three years and CPAH will work with partners at Home Builders Foundation-HomeAid Portland and Tualatin Riverkeepers to clean up invasive species, engage with residents about their ideal outdoor environment, and educate resident youth about the ecology in their backyard. Thank you to Metro for this generous support!

Oregon Jewish Community Foundation's Impact Together program raised $65,000 from over 100 donors for five organizations addressing homelessness! CPAH is grateful to be one of the five organizations participating in this inaugural funding opportunity through the Oregon Jewish Community Foundation. We appreciate the collaborative relationships we have built with our fellow cohort organizations Outside the Frame PDX, HomeShare Oregon, Rockwood Community Development Corporation, and Stone Soup PDX
