We have offices in Bibb, Johnson, Washington, Twiggs, Wilkinson, Laurens, Jones, Telfair, Taliaferro, Jefferson, Warren, Hancock, Glascock, and Baldwin Counties. Our doctors and staff work together to provide patients with the best and most comprehensive services available. CHCS is a federally qualified health center (FQHC). Federally qualified health centers provide excellent quality of care for EVERYONE regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We accept most insurance plans including: *Medicare *Medicare Advantage Plans *Commercial Insurance Plans *Medicaid *Tri-Care We also offer a sliding fee program (discounted fees) for uninsured patients that meet guidelines as outlined in the application process. An application with proof of income is required for eligibility. We take great pride in our accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations.
