Timber Ridge was selected as an Honorable Mention of the 2024 Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Developments of Distinction Awards in the Rural Community Impact category! We would like to thank Novogradac & Company LLP for recognizing this project. Timber Ridge is designed to introduce accessible housing choices within a rural community, fostering engagement and inclusivity across generations. Offering essential affordable apartment homes ranging from one- to four-bedrooms, the project addresses the pressing housing needs of Union County and La Grande residents. The project embraces trauma-informed and universal design principles, aiming to broaden housing access for seniors and individuals with mobility or physical disabilities in an area where such options are scarce. Moreover, Timber Ridge provides comprehensive resident services, encompassing diverse programming focused on arts, wellness, lifelong learning, and civic involvement. We are so grateful for the collaboration of the project's General Partner, Owner, and Property Manager #NortheastOregonHousingAuthority, as well as the rest of the project team: Ink Built, Bremik Construction, and #StudioWildLandscapeArchitecture.

We had an incredible time yesterday at the Lake House grand opening! It was an honor to be joined by speakers Alex Hartman Sato, Councilmember Eunisses Hernandez, #LaurieCannadyUdit, Gustavo Velasquez, Lourdes Castro Ramirez, Guadalupe Duran-Medina, Dr. Lisa H. Wong, Commissioner Cielo Castro, Matt Sherrill, and Timothy Huynh. Lake House is a testament to the project team's dedication to enriching the community and tackling critical issues like displacement and homelessness.
