Community and Family Resources (CFR) provides comprehensive substance use, problem gambling, prevention, and mental health services that make a profound difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community. Our offices are located in Ames, Boone, Clarion, Fort Dodge, Humboldt, Pocahontas, Rockwell City, and Webster City. For more information, please contact us by phone or email.
