Last week, I had the pleasure of being on a teams call to recognize the more than 160 outstanding caregivers who have been nominated for the Kristina Butler Care Giver of the Year award. These incredible individuals were recognized from offices across the US for their unwavering dedication, compassion, and exceptional service.
Seeing all these faces, each representing countless moments of care, patience, and love, was an emotional and humbling experience. Their stories, their commitment, and their passion remind us why we chose this path – to make a difference, one person at a time.
The award, named in honor of the founder of Comfort Keepers, Kristina Butler, stands testament to her legacy as a phenomenal caregiver. And just like her, every nominee and winner showcased that caregiving isn't just a job; it's a calling.
