His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology, where he was awarded the NASA Systems Engineering Award, and a Master’s in Management Science and Engineering from Columbia University. His enthusiasm for data-driven solutions is evidenced in his publication on sophisticated deposit pricing strategies, showcasing his commitment to leveraging analytics for strategic gains, as well as his engineering thesis on "Application of Game Theory in Supply Chains," which also highlights his ability to tackle complex problems through innovative methodologies. Before ascending to his current role at McKinsey, Kartik’s has remarkable work at Simon-Kucher & Partners from internship role up to senior manager.
