I had the privilege of spending 2 days in DC with my friend Russell Dubose, Vice President of Human Resources at Phifer Incorporated. He testified on Tuesday to the Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions on the behalf of the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchasers Coalitions.
