Serving as the Jacobs GEC Drainage SME for the CapEx project has been a game changer for our small company. Realizing what must happen to the drainage design in order to successfully phase and construct a lowered freeway through one of the most congested and developed portions of I-35 and the Colorado River, this drainage tunnel project became absolutely critical to the success of the Central roadway projects. Thank you to Jacobs, the TxDOT Austin District, and all those involved in allowing us to be a part of the ongoing development of this historic project.
