For other Citynet customers needing support with this issue, please reach out to us at 1.800.881.2638 or support@citynet.net A temporary workaround has been issued: Boot Windows into Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment Navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory Locate the file matching “C-00000291*.sys”, and delete it. Boot the host normally. Please note that the process is manual and time-consuming, but it's a method you can use to maintain your critical infrastructure. Additionally, there are several places where you can validate this information. https://lnkd.in/eFvA_4aq https://lnkd.in/eFWmuXA2 https://lnkd.in/etnwihdp
