About us
City Winery is a truly innovative venture founded by Michael Dorf. Each City Winery houses a state-of-the-art winery, music venue, restaurant, plus multi-functional events spaces. We combine a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events in a variety of configurations, and elevated dining. We make premium wines from some of the best grapes in and around the US, all under the care of our winemaking team led by Executive Wine-maker, David Lecomte. We have created a compelling mix for our sophisticated clientele of foodies, and active cultural patrons—bringing the wine country experience to the middle of a large city.

This week our teams participated in our annual City Winery Day of Service across all of our markets! What a great way to start off the week and renew our commitment to our core value of philanthropy! In NYC we partnered with the New York Common Pantry who works to reduce hunger and promotes dignity, health and self-sufficiency in our communities. Our team worked to provide 300 healthy brown bagged lunches and dropped off at their East Harlem location! We also partnered with Project Open Arms who supports families seeking asylum and ensures children are provided a full range of services. We hosted a clothing drive at all four NYC properties and donated seven wardrobe boxes filled with coats, shoes, shirts, pants, and accessories! At City Winery we make it a priority to leverage our people and assets to help in smart, creative, and useful ways. Thankful for our team members who dedicated their time and resources to serve our communities. Below are photos from a number of our markets including St. Louis, Hudson Valley, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Nashville, Chicago, and Pittsburgh!
