Mayor Raleigh York, Jr. has ordered all U.S. flags at Thomasville City facilities to half-staff beginning immediately until sunset on the date of interment in honor of Councilman Ronald Bratton, who died on Friday, March 29. Councilman Bratton served on the City Council since December of 2009, and previously served in various roles within the Thomasville Police Department, retiring as Chief of Police in 2009.
