We are inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for the adaptive reuse or redevelopment of this cherished community landmark. Located at 106 Third Avenue North, the former South St. Paul Library holds a special place in our city's history. Now, we're seeking innovative ideas to redefine its purpose for future generations. Interested parties are encouraged to review the Request for Proposals (RFP) and submit their proposals by Friday, March 29th, 2024, at 5:00 PM. This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity and vision for this iconic structure. To provide a deeper understanding of the building and its potential, City Staff will be hosting a pre-submittal site and building walkthrough on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. This will be an invaluable opportunity to explore the space and ask any questions you may have.
