𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 Earlier today, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Promenade at Town Center, a multifaceted complex that will include both residential and business offerings and provide a downtown atmosphere that is walkable and pedestrian friendly. Some of the highlights of the 17.35 acre property will include nearly 57,000 sq ft of commercial space on the first floor, with 204 residential units above on floors 2,3 and 4 and 521 new designated parking spaces for the complex.
