As part of a strategic redevelopment project, we plan to convert the vacant building into a 171,422 light manufacturing asset with enhanced functionality, clear heights, loading, and an expanded footprint. Located in Sugar Land, just 20 minutes southwest of downtown Houston, this site offers excellent access to a large workforce and robust infrastructure. Acquired through a brokered transaction, we extend our gratitude to the seller, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and their brokers, Jim Pratt and Michael J. Taetz, SIOR at Colliers.
