Cinnaire Lending has announced the closing of a $5 million revolving pre-development line of credit to The Michaels Organization to advance its mission of creating sustainable, affordable housing solutions for communities in need, supporting the development of more than 700 affordable apartment homes across three multi-family properties located in Camden, NJ; Honolulu, HI; and Guaynabo, PR. A big shout out to our colleagues for their exceptional work closing this line of credit including Jacob Stern, Erik Ingbretson, Matt Wootton and Wayne Bota. Check out this article on the Delaware Catalyst Fund, a partnership between Cinnaire and Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA), to provide construction lending and gap subsidy to developers to create affordable homeownership opportunities for individuals and families at or below 120% area median income. The article features Jumpstart Wilmington graduate Charly Bass Davis, who received Catalyst Funds to rehab 4 homes in East Wilmington, and her incredible journey into the world of real estate development. 🚗 Beep, beep - big news! Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist II, Detroit City Council President Mary Sheffield and City of Detroit's Kristin Shaw, LEED AP joined Cinnaire, Forth, Mobility Development, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan Clean Cities and DTE Energy today to launch the Affordable Mobility Platform (AMP) EV community carshare at River Crest Apartments! The AMP program is bringing carshare to Michigan neighborhoods to support residents and offer the community a clean energy transportation option. Affordable transportation is essential for creating equitable communities, enabling access to jobs, education, healthcare and more. Huge shout out to Cinnaire's Josh White and Yulonda Byrd for their extraordinary efforts bringing this important resource to Rivercrest residents and the community!
